Privacy Policy for Sapling Draw

Sapling Draw is a free drawing app for children ages 5 to 10, published by Sapling Hollow Studios (operated by Jonathan Hood). The app is private by design.

We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information from anyone, including children. Sapling Draw has no accounts or sign-in, no ads, no analytics, and no third-party tracking SDKs. It works fully offline and does not request location, contacts, microphone, camera, or phone permissions, and does not use advertising identifiers.

Drawings your child creates are stored only on the device. If saved, they go to the device's local gallery under your control; we never receive or access them.

Sapling Draw is designed to comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU GDPR, including protections for children. Because we collect no personal information, no parental-consent mechanism for data collection is required.

The app is distributed via the Google Play Store; your download is handled by Google under Google's own privacy policy. If we change the app in a way that affects privacy, we will update this policy and the date above.
