Privacy Policy for Sapling Hollow Studios apps

We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information from anyone, including children. Our apps have no accounts or sign-in, no ads, no analytics, and no third-party tracking SDKs. Their core creative features work offline, they do not request location, contacts, microphone, camera, or phone permissions, and they do not use advertising identifiers.
Anything your child creates or saves (drawings, songs, etc.) is stored locally under your control; we never receive or access it. Depending on your device settings, Google or Apple may include this content in an operating-system backup or device-to-device transfer. A parent may also choose to export or share a creation through the device share sheet. Any backup, transfer, or sharing destination is controlled by the device owner and governed by that service's privacy policy.
Some apps offer an optional one-time purchase. Purchases and restoration are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store and may require an internet connection. Sapling Hollow Studios does not receive payment details or maintain purchase accounts or purchase-data servers; the app only learns whether the store account owns the optional collection.
Our apps are designed to comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU GDPR, including protections for children. Because we collect no personal information, no parental-consent mechanism for data collection is required.
Our apps are distributed via the Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store; downloads, purchases, and store services are handled by Google or Apple under their own privacy policies. If we change an app in a way that affects privacy, we will update this policy and the date above.
